Estate Department is headed by Estate Officer of the rank of Executive Enigineer / H.O.D. and assisted by Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer and Supervisor nominated by the Principal from the faculty/staff of the institution for day-to-day repair/maintenance of the building of the instiution. The department also looks after the campus development such as maintenance of play-grounds, parks, fountains, auditorium, guest house, hostel, staff quarters etc.

Production Centre is established in the institution to take up the fabrication/repair of the machinery, equipments, furniture, etc. A team of officers/officials has been constituted to take up the production as and when demand comes from any source. At present, in-charge of production centre is S.Singh, who is the in-charge of workshop also. He is assisted by Sh.Sarwan Kumar (Asstt. foremen) and other members as per need.
