Vision Statement
The vision of this Polytechnic is to offer formal and non formal programs to turn out competent technical manpower and provide for their continued learning to face the challenge of technical upgraded by establishing appropriate interface between polytechnic and the world of work with a view to share physical, human and informational resources for initial growth and developments and raising the economy of the state.
Mission Statement
Keeping in the view the vision the polytechnic aims at:
- Offering quality flexibility and relevant course to produce technical manpower as per requirement of industry and sectors of employment.
- Offering continue education program for upgrading the knowledge and skills of working technical manpower.
- Establishing linkage with industry and community for sharing resources for mutual growth and development.
- Promoting innovation and instructional resources development by making use of latest information technical and instructional delivery system.
- Promoting self employment and entrepreneurship amongst students.
- Providing shop floor orientation to student and consultant services.
- Providing assistance to community in upgrading the knowledge and skills of youth and transfer of technology for improving the economic and quality of life of people.
- Offering non formal skill developments programmes for weaker section of society for physically challenged for their rehabilitation.
